Backorders:
All IN-STOCK merchandise is shipped immediately. Back-ordered items will be shipped, as they become available. Your account will be charged for the items as they are shipped and you will only be charged one time for shipping.

Discontinued Items:
Due to fabric availability we must occasionally discontinue an item.

International Orders:
We welcome international orders, which are shipped via Express Mail. Any customs transactions are the responsibility of the purchaser. Orders are subject to verification. All international orders will be held for complete shipment. Please see shipping chart for further details on shipping charges to International locations.

Shipping & Handling:
All orders are processed immediately and shipped (3 -7 days) according to availability Due to extremely popular demand, certain items may not be readily available. These items will be shipped immediatly upon reception in our warehouse. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

The shipping and handling charges will be applied to the first shipment ONLY, all back-ordered items will be sent at no additional charge, when they become available. See our shipping chart below.

General Return Policy
At Lady Studio, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any shoe may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping/handling charges. All orders which are shipped with our FREE shipping offer are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Shoes must be returned in new, unused, unworn condition for a refund. Once worn, we can only exchange the shoes for the same shoes should they be defective.

For damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped shoes, Lady Studio will promptly correct the problem. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives by contacting us at Help Desk for return instructions including return shipment cost paid by Lady Studio. We will immediately replace the shoes at no additional charge.

Please wrap your return in shipping paper or place the shoe box in a shipping box. Including all your information such as Name, address, telephone and customer number will allow us to process your return more rapidly and will reduce the possibility of error. If your receipt has been misplaced, please include a note with your return detailing the buyer's name, the order number, telephone number and reason for the return.
